It was wearing thin, full coverage camo in a tree stand and trying to sit still while I got hundreds of mosquito bites through my cloths.
Saw nothing and sweated so much Im sure the deer could smell me from a mile away.
I was doped up on Benadryl for 2 days.
Sorry to hear that. There will be other trips to Bridgeport; I hope to get to Bridgeport or HF pretty regular this winter in my '01 4Runner.

Yeah. He is one of the big reasons I came to law school. The light in his eyes when I told him I got in was something I will never forget. Really wanted to have him see me graduate but now I just hope I get to have Thanksgiving with him. Been a long process. Parkinson with onset of dementia a few years back. He finally just took a physical turn for the worst last Friday. COPD, heart is functioning at 50%, blood clots. I'm still kinda in a daze. Keeping my head in the books to not think about it.
That sucks man. Sorry to hear that.

Get yourself some Permethrin and follow the directions. Youll never get another mosquito bite & the pray can't smell it. Same stuff used in "premier hunting clothes" but you apply it yourself. Lasts 45 days or a bunch of washings. Been using it the past 2 years. Only thing it doesn't stop are biting flies (greenheads/strawberry flies/horseshoe flies).

You may sill still get bit on exposed skin because it only goes on your gear, but it keeps them much farther away + stops all ticks dead in their tracks.

Me. Work told us today that outage starts Oct 1st. And being that it's looking like I'll be unemployed by the end of next month, I need to take the hours while I can.

Sorry to hear this. At least you got to know your grandpa. 1 of mine died before I was born and the other when I was 2.
I now use that stuff but the whole 90 degrees part sucks.
