We've had this discussion before. Linked suspension travel is linear, mount eyes in the same direction. Leaf suspension travel is not linear and eyes ideally would be mounted 90* to eachother.

Yep -more than I will ever need - prob 30-40 degrees either way.

Yeah. I'm pretty sure the toyota axle breathers are BSPT. Doesn't really matter that much though. You can still get a decent seal and that's all that really matters as long as the pieces aren't aluminium (like ARB air fittings)

Just get a 1/8 BSPT to 1/8 npt adapter and ell it off from there. Or tape the crap outta it

Had hoped to have everything welded up today but 'something came' up with my welder! Picking up welder tonight. I guess the days of pretty welds may be behind me!
