Saw a Pilfrey Built 5th Gen front aluminum bumper at SEMA today and it looks sharp!
I guess it didn't happen. Didn't bring a camera and had to preserve my phone to get to where I needed to get to. Didn't get home until 3 am.pics? Or it didn't happen....
I want to say mine was ~$2,500-3K for a new front bumper. That Rubbermaid stuff the OEM sells gets $$$. I bet its enough to cover a good bumper.. not to mention no body and paint costs for it.
Yeah, that's a plus.I like it; even better that it weighs only 62 lbs!
If I could do it all over again, I would've gone with an aluminum front bumper. You barely ever hit your front on any rocks. I'd still do steel for the rear since you're more likely to drag it on rocks.I was actually about to post a link to that bumper and ask yalls opinion! It's 3-4 weeks for delivery, no need to cut and reuse the stock bumper trim, and I like how it is similar to the factory front end look.
