Now that Offroad Sollutions is back in business, they traded me a conversion harness for this swap in exchange for some ad space. The harness came in last week, and I finally got it installed. I wired just about everything up this afternoon. And, while I still don't have an ECU that works for this application, I was able to turn over for the the first time in 2 years (using a key)
And now I don't have to push the 4runner in and out of the garage. I can just use the power of the starter
Not much left, just a bunch of little things to wrap up... and waiting for the ECU I need to arrive.

Awesome, so did you give up on the custom ecu and just go for something plug n play
