Funny because last night I was talking to a buddy of mine, we commented on how when we had "mild" daily driver type rigs we wheeled at least 2 times a month. Now that we have dedicated shit we never go. Sorta f'd up.

Sad but true

I always thought it would be the other way around. Sean there seems to to a lot of truth in that.

hmm, guess I will have to keep the IFS rig.. seems like SAS rigs don't go much :p

Ditto...plus i think if i ever started cutting it would take me forever to finish. I just don't seem to have any free time anymore, and the little time I do have I spend w/ family.

X2. I will say that my son is becoming very interested in anything with wheels. This is exciting with hopes he will be into cars or trucks of some kind.

Now that Offroad Sollutions is back in business, they traded me a conversion harness for this swap in exchange for some ad space. The harness came in last week, and I finally got it installed. I wired just about everything up this afternoon. And, while I still don't have an ECU that works for this application, I was able to turn over for the the first time in 2 years (using a key) :)

And now I don't have to push the 4runner in and out of the garage. I can just use the power of the starter :D

Not much left, just a bunch of little things to wrap up... and waiting for the ECU I need to arrive.

Awesome, so did you give up on the custom ecu and just go for something plug n play

So when are you realistically planning to wheel it? October? We'll set something up.
