Got the 3.0 pulled out today. Found a couple bearings floating around in the engine bay from the water pump.

Any thoughts on using a heavy duty motor mount instead?

Not a bad idea but if you change your motor mounts over to poly then you'll need to change over the rest of your drive train mounts to poly to avoid cracking your trans housing
x2.. plus there will be more vibration from the driveline if that matters to you.
edit.. didn't read TG's site at first... but it already says that.![]()
I need a new radiator since the old one is pretty jacked up after the fan hit it. Should I spend the extra money for Copper / Brass Core or just get an Aluminum one?
Best advice is find the biggest baddest one you can fit in there, but on the flip side the rad is rather vulnerable to sticks, rocks, and the chance that another fan decides to wipe it out so in that respect cheaper is the way to go.
The nice thing with the brass ones are you could always do field repairs if you get hosed out on the trail.
