As soon as I find a torch that can cut through that 1" plate I am cutting it off.

I'd dump that whole rear bumper in general. The one on the creampuff didn't fare too well after a couple of wheeling trips

That 4" pipe had no problems leveling a few trees the first time I took it to Bridgeport. It is more than sturdy as it is welded to the frame (not my doing) with 3" C channel.
