Appreciate the offer - but I don't want to loose the power that going bigger will take from me right now. Once I get the cash to do a regear/locker install I'll go bigger.

Thought about it; just haven't given it a shot. I've used a cut off disk on 3/8"s before and it wasn't exactly "short work".

You need a better grinder or cut off disk. Thats 3 minutes work tops.
