This section has not been updated in a while so I figured I would throw in a few pics.
Went up to Alto with some local friends, there is some pretty rough stuff there besides the mud/water. Need to go back again to find a few more trails.

Went this past Saturday. We typically wheel BVORR but try to hit a few parks in between just to mix it up. I'll definitely let ya know next time we go somewhere.
The white runner in the pics is my cousin (he was with me at Jambo) we picked that rig up in San Antonio a few months back for cheeeeap and been wheelin the piss out of it.

No way I would take the Tacoma in that creek trail, its swallowed more than one of my ATVs .

I drove into a bad spot in the creek and got stuck on a submerged tree trunk. Had the driver head light in water along with water in the driver floor board. I hate getting into mud and water like that, it was a driver error on my part.
Lesson learned there, I will no longer go into the creek trails at Alto.

Thanks, need to get with ya sometime and make a run to HF. Big deal for us is going to a park and spending half the time dickin around trying to find trails.

Yea, he was fixin to buy a half assed built 82 truck, then found this 85 runner. Saw it on a Thursday bought it on Friday. Bobbed, geared, locked, high steer, good 37s, not bad for a $2400 rig. Also got a fully built Marlin dual case set-up with 4.7, crossmember, e-brake ect, ect for an extra $1000. Haven't put the duals in but it will still go places mine won't, which is bullshit LOL.
Needless to say he is having a blast with it.

I think I ran it with Rob, but there wasn't any standing water. It was all 3" below the top dirt...

Most of the creek was low, 3" or so. But a few spots got a little deep.

Lol yea that was back in the super drought I don't think there was any mud in the whole park that day. Damn that was a long time ago, my shit was still IzfS back then
