Anathollo's build

Sick build. Nice to see a TRD Sport representing a great offroad vehicle. People see my long bed and always give me grief. That almost sounded sexual...
I've got steel extended brake lines for the back, but haven't been able to get them on. My stock ones are so dang stuck that the flare wrench started rounding the bolts.

Thanks! It's been almost a decade in the making. The Sports are nice in that we have an 8.4" rear axle already so it's stronger than the 8" axle that comes on the rest of the Tacoma's. The long beds are nice in that we occasionally have a better angle to get up obstacles because our rear axle is further back but that same feature can cause you get hung up easier as well. @thekidcatcher has yanked me off a few obstacles before. ;)

And if you don't have Crown brake lines, I'd suggest you sell the ones you have and just pay for the Crown ones upfront. @Silverback picture shows the difference between the two brakelines. I would compare it to your fingers on your hand. The Crown brakeline is your thumb and the other stainless brake line is your pinky. See the difference in width between the two?

Funny thing is crown lines back in the day needed to be fiddled with to fit properly. So glad I chose them for my rear lines. No idea who's I'm running up front. Think I may have gotten them from PooAll :buenrollo:

I think they maybe Crown then if they are AllPoo's. I think that's all they sell IIRC (I'm not going to fact check by looking at their website. F**k AllPoo).

I've seen a lot of people hate on All Pro, but I've never heard the reason why.

Last time I stood on a set of their sliders they flexed badly from my body weight. /story.

I'm not fond of companies that do poor R&D and instead use their customer base as their test dummies.

When you compare them side by side with a quality product its evident. I had an AllPoo front bumper and warped the shit out of just from winching a few times. Also had a set of their skids... they cracked and the metal tore on a seam.

Well.. good to know. I won a free IFS skid from them at Moab last year, and then after I put it on that bolt in the back sheared off. Probably not the skid plate's fault. But let's hope I don't have a seam tear. That's the only All Pro thing I have. I generally try to stick to SOS Concepts as he's earned my respect.

Yep, they sell Crown lines. That's where I bought my rear brake line from on my Tacoma because they offered one like 3" longer than everyone else's extended version.

I'm screwed with my skids now... dude who was extending my transfer-case skid so it didn't hit my exhaust flange never paid his taxes and the Sherrif seized all his property. Black Pipe Fab to the rescue!!!

I'm the only one that has not had any problems with them lol. I do not wheel frequently but when I do I beat the shit out of every one of those protective devices. No problems yet *fingers crossed*

You are a unicorn! Also the only elocker I know of with that many miles and you have a toggle switch for a throttle and surprisingly have not grenaded it!

You got AllPro stuff but when it was AllPro and not AllPoo. Your bumpers are solid but that was before they started using Malaysian steel.

lol toggle switch for a throttle. I have slowed in my age but I still get skinny when I need it. Yeah, E locker has never acted up either. Seems their first round of trucks were the strong ones and the same goes for Allpoo
