I do like those. I have the rigid backups in my bumper and they are fine but they are square. But the versatility of those are pretty sweet.

Don't tell my wife, but I also have the little cube ridgid backups I bought years ago on sale but never put in lol I'm planning on reusing those Ridgid ones on the golf cart we eventually buy. I REALLY like the versatility of those diode dynamics lights so that's why I bought them.

Re-re-ran my oil catch lines with some thinner profile and black hose. I feel much better about the connections with this hose since it isn't so thick.

Got my battery tie down fixed and clean up the battery connections.

FML AC went out on the truck before my hour & 45 min drive. I've been driving the truck the past week without issue.

It is not a war crime the first time.

If it went out on a short drive it would not be as horrible. Is it the AC or the blower fan?

It's the AC. Blower fan was working.

Got my windshield replaced. I think a large rock chip on the side was letting in a tiny amount of water. Regardless, I had cracks all over the windshield so it was time to have it replaced. I tipped the installer well because he worked around my snorkel and I didn't have to take it off.

Replaced the rear passenger shock bushings and put on a shaft cover.
Swapped the blower motor resistor and wired in a new wiring harness for it as well.

How many of them have you replaced at this point?
This one is my first time replacing the resistor. It was going in and out but I could move some wired and it would kick back on.

I’ve replaced two thermiators. Well I did one and I made the kid do one when she was about 8 or 9. She fit under the dash way easier than I did/do. lol

Truck's at the dealer- I have a bunch of hunting trips lined up so I need to get my truck back on the road as the season starts soon.

They found the low side AC fill screw was loose. So they fixed that and re-charged the system.
They also found that my passenger side caliper is bad so they're replacing that (they have to bleed my stupid ABS anti-lock brake pump with a computer. It only came on the Sport trim level trucks for those years) so might as well have them redo it.
And the expensive repair is my engine timing cover is leaking oil so I'm getting them to reseal that because I don't want to do that myself. I don't have time to do that tedious shit anymore... or the will power lol

And I also found out that the key fob for Tacomas are discontinued by Toyota and you can only buy aftermarket ones. The service advisor was surprised about that. So that's in line with what I've been seeing online trying to get OEM Tacoma parts lately. Seems like it's getting harder and harder to find OEM parts anymore.

...And my water pump was going out as well so that's getting replaced at the same time.
