Good stuff!!! Good JOB!!!

And heck if that glass case ends up breaking, it's nothing you can't replace at your local dealer for $122.84! :) lol

Your arm is going to get tired using the winch all the way up there! lol....

Looks just like mine.

Well hopefully I won't be using it too much :) I also have the warn wireless controller and the wired controller as other options! I like options lol

Yeah I was happy to finally get the interior buttoned up and finally start this pig, since I hacked off the stock battery cables it hasn't been running in close to a month :o

I feel that sunglass holder will be just fine, it feels stronger than my rear diff :)

The electrical mods def took alot longer than I had thought but if you do it right you should only need to do it once!

That's why I relocated my HAM down below the HVAC dealibobs.

Resealed by headlight this morning, damn thing had an inch of water in it lol

Also got the front 90% done. Only thing left to do is modify the coilover resivoir for the extra brackets that mount to the frame, tap into the winch solenoid pack for the in cab control, and get a bracket made for the winch solenoid.

Painted with two coats of POR15 and topped off with some rustoleum bed liner spray

Extended the field and armature wires for the winch. Used 1/0 cable in place the 2 AWG cable since I had a slightly longer run. Here you can see the difference between the one that comes with the winch and the one I made :)

This is the warn "contactor" that looks to be a nice sealed assembly unlike some of the other solenoids I've seen so that's a plus ;)

Here's where I'm going to mount it, just need to get a bracket made up
100_0833.jpg

A couple of finished shots, I put the stock fogs back in

Winch clocked a few degrees for better access :)

yup......wish I would have done the same.

It will only be a matter of time before this coilovers start to sag and bind up. Hell the weight of the 1/0 cable for the winch was probably 50 lbs lol

damn ya been busy, looks good!
Thanks, definitely logged some hours in the past week or so :)
I dig my 700lbers without a live-in winch. With a winch in-bumper I'd say 700s are required equipment.
After driving it around today I'm beginning to realize that pretty quickly!

Oh nice... we had to dig ours up anytime we needed to do anything. Sucked. Since we also had a well, and our neighbors always like our water better (they would fill bottles at our hose bibs). I guess they like the way our piss and crap tasted! lol

It's ready, just need a bracket for the winch solenoid pack, it's just dangling in my engine bay right now maybe I'll just zip tie it lol

My water is high quality H20, made of only the finest Jersey tritium water :)

The engine mounts? rofl

Things I can think of off hand I have are fog lights, grill, headlights, front locker air line, all electrical lines in engine bay, diff breather line, t-case breather line, any electrical lines running above the pedals inside lol I need to invest some stock in zip ties :)
