Good to know Sean. I just don't want it popping it into 4Hi when I put it in reverse.

Easiest solution would be to cut and reweld the shifter handle to a more desirable location.

Im ready to get this thing running... I'm tired of looking at it just sitting there.

Yup. Talked to Rob about my engine earlier. Think all it likes to see if it runs is pulling the main relay box off his runner and hooking it up. Maybe we'll know tomorrow. Oh and I think my locker is fucked up in my truck.

At least yours is close to being trail ready. I have quite a ways to go.

Look off to the side of this picture.... My truck has moved the same amount since April 1st!!!!

lol lol lol

That makes 3 of us sitting on rigs that aren't ready to run, huh?

Sucks huh!? Right now I'm planning on just rebuilding the carb and wheel it a couple of times and decide if a 3RZ is in my near-term future. :/

I never had issues with the Spartan in Clyde. Granted it wasn't a daily driver.

Last night when I pulled in the parking lot at work it started making noises. I've never heard it make any noises from inside the cab. But it wasn't just the "normal" locker noises. It was pops, bangs, and ratcheting that made people in the shop 100 yards away come outside and look to see what was going on. It also felt like it was binding up. Kind of like the parking brake was on (it wasn't). It slowed down for a moment then lunged forward throwing the back end of my truck a few feet to the right. I let it sit for 12 hours while I was at work and it was fine on the way home but it wasn't locking up like it should. May just be the springs but I don't know what caused all the binding, etc. If it does it anymore I'll pull it and look at it. Well I'll probably just take it out actually.
