Well maybe the times will line up. Yeah, Anathollo and I got snowed out on a couple in early July, I really want to be able to do all of them. Want to hike to some peaks too.

Yeah it sucked not being able to wheel Poughkeepsie or Imogene.

I have heard a locker and/or a winch. There are winch posts installed at the top of the last climb. I think the bypass for that was removed or blocked off.

I'll definitely have a locker or lockers by then. Actually ordered my one piece drive shaft today. I'm not planning on buying a winch though (even though I'd love to have one). And I too have heard the bypass was blocked off somewhat recently.

There is only one hard spot. The rest is a scenic, beautiful trail. You'll need a winch to get up it for sure or someone with a winch to get you up. Locker isn't a 100% necessary. If it's raining, it doesn't matter if you have a locker. There were buggy's on 40" tires behind us that couldn't get up the wall due to the rain. They all ended up winching too. Pucker factor is maybe a 5 out of 10.

If it is wet, no winch no go. Otherwise it is fine. First year I walked right up it after getting the line right. If it is open though there are usually people around there that could pull you up. If not, just turn around.

As long as ONE person has a winch, you can do this trail. That person will obviously need to go up first. There's a TON of room to turn around and winch other people up. And like @thekidcatcher there are usually people there already that will help you out if needed. This is one of the trails that you must do. It's my favorite trail in Colorado.

While I have not purchased one; I have looked into it a lot. All the awnings I have seen do not come with mounting hardware. Generally the mounting solution is provided by the roof rack.

They don't come with the brackets. I bought mine due to the time constraints before we left for the Moab & Colorado trip. I like em though, they are way overbuilt and have little tabs on the side to hook a strap or bungy cord through. I didn't like the price of them though.
