Looks good Drew, but you need some heavier t-bars. That is at full crank? A-arms are still flat. Damn right about Andy, he is a good hand and I miss him a little bit (no homo).

He's a badass

The longer A arms have alot more leverage to fight the torsion bar. Definitely need something better. I was thinking about OME it's right between stock and Sway away. I hear that it's hard to flex out with Sway Away one.

The LCAs aren't quite flat, but and the CV shafts aren't either. They slope down slightly towards the hub.

ppssf, you should see my CV angles, they are bad! I think that with the leverage your arms have the SAW bars will be fine, I have heard the OME's have a short life span. People who run them have to crank them up periodically to maintain their ride height, something about the forging process. I will try to find a link to support that but I KNOW I read it somewhere.

Yeah, after seeing what happened with the stock ones, thicker might be better. With manual hubs I don't have to worry about CV angles as much.

I hate to sound prejudiced, but the Downey bars are the biggest at 26mm, IIRC the SAW's are 25mm and the OME's are 24mm. Bigger the better in your case, especially if you plan on a heavy front bumper. I figure that Nate recommends the SAW bars for a reason. .

Yeah, same here. They even off rear quarter panels to match IIRC. I know they do for the 1st gen 4Runners anyhow.

Now I need to figure out which torsion Bars I'm gonna get, here's the "options"

1) Downey 26mm - Thickest and probably the best choice once I have any weight on the front end, but is gonna be next to impossible to find
2) Sway Away 25mm - From what I understand these are on back order right now too
3) Camel 4x4 26mm - Available, but kind of expensive unless they're super thick. Working on finding out.
4) OME 23mm - Cheapest option, but from what I hear they suck
