Okay, I fixed the blinkers. There was a plastic harness on the Diff Lock plug that only had 2 pins in it, but the 2 pins were jumped with a wire. Putting that plastic harness on the Hazard Plug made the blinkers work again.

Just got back from the beach and the LX did great. Diff lock turned on and off without issue. I got 14mpg driving at 70
