Fake post. Spring off road/camping trip.

I just found out my step daughter made a select basketball team. Won't have the schedule till mid March. There are not games every weekend so hoping there is not a game the weekend of April 25th.

I am down for dirt roads in the hill county or trails in the Ozarks.

Good luck with the select league stuff. My daughter is on a national level volleyball team. They are going to a 3 day tournament New Orleans this weekend. We’ll be in Reno 3 weeks after that for 5 days. Then a couple 2 day. Tournaments in Houston and Dallas. Then in June it’s either Florida or Indianapolis. Depending on how they finish. But fuck that shit is $$$$. There is basically one month out of the year she is not playing ball.

This is not a traveling league. Practice is close to the house with games all in DFW. There is a tournament in south Texas or a neighboring state this year. Season starts end of March and goes the rest of the year.

There was 168 teams in my daughters division, her team ended up 9th overall. Pretty damn good. Their flight back is a shit-show. They flew from NOLA to Orlando! Had to haul ass to catch a flight back to Austin. The plane was broken.. took off an hour late. But hey, they will be home before midnight.
