CT scan shows no breaks or blood clots so thats good news, he is conscious,
Really bad headache, throwing-up 6 times and sick to stomach which is normal for a typical concussion I guess...
I wish the Hospital had beer to calm parents nerves...

yeah just think, $8 beer at the ball park, we could easily get that for them at that cost.

The only good thing I can say about the Hospital, when they saw him knowing he has concussion and saw he was throwing up on top of it, you get into a room quickly.

On the the other hand, racket ball head is doing ok this morning, He is holding down food, just really cranky, he will not be going school until Monday for sure.
Also learned that when children suffer from head trauma they usually fall asleep, first I ever heard of this usually they scream to no end...I thought.
When he was sleeping it was like he was in a coma almost.

We have another Dr appointment to head off to today..and some bribery to take off those 3M, JB weld, crazy glue monitor pads, those damn pads almost seem like its pulling the skin off.

My blessings go towards your family and recovery. I know how severe concussions are and need to be treated. I've had more head slams than my hands can count from wakeboarding/motox/etc. I eventually got a neck warmer/cooler because it kept my mood more relaxed.

Maybe that's what's wrong with me. I've never been treated for a concussion. Hmm...

Not so much when I'll be driving to the camp site in a 2wd open diff truck. I remember the main road being hell last time we went out there in the rain.
