The breezeway would be great in the summertime.

im thinking an 8x12. Nothing big and fancy just a covered place to sleep and stay dry with a porch too

Just make it 12'x12'. Less cuts and more room for a little bit more $

true. It really wont be anything to hang out in unless its raining. I'm making it strictly for sleeping essentially. Though 12 by 12 would be nice lol. Be a bit more expensive though, 2x4x8 are way cheaper than 2x4x14 lol

Just don't get all of your lumber at Home Depot. Look around at local lumber stores because it'll probably be cheaper. Unless you are buying the material in Freer and then I guess you'll have a limited choice as to where you can buy stuff lol

Buy it in San Antonio and haul it in. Plenty of new construction in SA.. midnight wood supplies. :)

Also with the cost of fuel for Jason's truck to haul a trailer from SA to Freer, the price will be more probably. Unless Jason was able to borrow one of his roommates diesels and haul it down. lol

Just use my dads truck if anything. I have hauled wood before down there and it isn't horrible with my truck. Just slow going. Well 12x12 it is, drawing up the plans

Dont have a scale at the time but Matt and I could not get it off the ground. Easily 200lbs + and probably more like 250. I can lift quite a bit or at least get it off the ground a bit

tex

That's Mr Asshole to you
That thing is an easy 300 pounds. My buddy and I got a big sow in the truck that was 180 after being field dressed and it was not too difficult. That is a big bitch.
