I really like my 220 Compact. The only reason I quit using it for a truck gun/ EDC was I got half off on an XDm in 45 ACP. So I mainly use the 220 around the house, range, and limited carry use.

I had Christa write on mine in sharpie, then I freehanded over it with the gun. Came out alright. Definitely practice on another piece of metal first though

Also, those are dremel rotary bits, not engraver bits. Do you have an engraver, or are you just going to use a standard rotary dremel
