allpro standard leafs with 900 miles.. guess they are worn out then?

So he's gonna get another 900 miles out of them before they bite the bullet. $255 wasted...and the salt on the roads is gonna eat the fuck outta that Malaysian steel they use too.

Gave mine away after about a year.

Almost forgot... One of the LCA mount tabs was starting to crack away from the frame. Front most passenger side, middle one. Touched it up with the welder before I put her back together

Might want to reinforce the wraps on the LCAs themselves while they are off to prevent this:

I remembered that picture when I had them off. The joint on the wraps are properly placed. Only way that would happen is if the wrap/weld failed or if some idiot didnt place the joint correctly in the first place. Mine are all good.

Got the allpro's on tonight.... stuff as fuck and the truck sits about 1" higher on one side than the other. Found the mounts were binding, loosing the bolts didnt help too much. Might try and pry the steel apart tomorrow to see. And get some nyloc nuts. Otherwise... back on the market they go

Yea yea...

Drove around with them after dark with the lose bolts, they moved around much better. Somthing was binding pretty good, this morning the passenger side was only 1/2 up. Im wondering if the dude dipped these things in paint before he sold them to me. Going offroading this saturday, might run em and see if they ease up.

Definitely happy with my Dakars I'd recommend those to anyone, so far a year in the making on my truck and still have a nice arch to them

My Dakars are 4 years old.. still have plenty of arch.. still work perfect. Very happy as well.

Mine are probably 3 years-old and I put a lot of stuff back there (I've been known to just park the truck loaded so that I can get quick get-a-ways at a minute's notice! Still sitting high but I should put the helpers on sometime.
