You almost have to, or run stock style radius arms. The shape of the housing makes leaf springs difficult to mount as the tubes aren't a nice even shape, that and the lack of high/crossover steering options pretty much only thing out there are the hellfire knuckles and the arms with those doest look tall enough to leaf the springs.

I will be getting the Hellfire arms and knuckles. They will clear leafs or links. The axles are complete and stock geared. I have my geared HP front third for the front and will have the gear and lock the rear 9.5. Going to pick them up in a week or so and start cleaning off all the unnecessary crap. Then I have to order the RCVs and hellfires. Should have some extra cash around Christmas for links as long as the wife doesn't put the axe to it.

I finally picked up the red truck from Javier's on Friday. It starts up effortlessly and most importantly doesn't leak oil from the engine. Going to tear into the fuel cell install first to get rid of the factory tank. I may ditch the RCI 2161 cell I have now to get one with a little more capacity.

New fuel cell will be here tomorrow. All the fittings are ordered. I drained and dropped the old tank on Friday. I also pulled the tool box off. Need to order the Arctec fuel cell mount tonight or tomorrow.

The cell is 30 in long 12in wide and 12 in tall. I'm going to off set it to the pass side and try to mount it a little higher and find a smaller tool box.

Got the lower support structure burned in along with adding some more steel. I had to redo a couple of welds that didnt look too secure.

Just waiting on the Arctec fuel cell mounts to show up along with a few misc fittings. I am still looking for a good place to mount my fuel pump. going to ponder that over a few beers tonight. Any suggestions?

I mounted mine just inside the frame. Built a "shelf" to mount it to.

Well, I finally got the fuel cell in. It was more work than expected.

Support structure in and painted. I ended up mounting the fuel filter and pump on the back wall of the cab.

Everything in and most importantly the ice chest has a new, easy access home on the truck.

Looks great Chris. Did you build a bracket to hold the cooler yet? If not, check out some of the RZR/SxS parts houses. They sell some kinda cool brackets/mounts for coolers. Might give you some ideas.

No bracket yet. There are 2 pieces of angle iron to limit the front to back movement. I need to weld in some tabs to hold it down better on each end by the handles. I will look into those SxS mounts though.

I have been accumulating some parts as of late. Im going to build the 14B first and then move on to the D60 which I still have to pick up at my buddies house. Probably just going to do leafs front and rear unless I find some more $$ laying around.

So far I have a set of 538 thick gears, disc brake kit from Gubni, Barnes diff cover, HAD 14B to Toyota flange, Ruff Stuff u-bolts, perches, plates, and 14B pinion guard.

Need to make a decision on which locker I want to go with in the next few days. More than likely a Detroit.

That should get me started on the rear for now.

I got most of my skins put on the tube doors. I decided to only skin 2 of the 4 openings on each tube door. I need to cut the last one out and get it welded on (after I replace a part on the plasma).

Maybe put some plexi on the other openings so you can see the trail?

That may be an option Sean.
