Did you stitch weld them in place? I thought about welding little tabs and bolting some pieces in place similar or using plexi.

They are stitched in. Looking for some suitable plexi for the other panels.

I'd at least put plexi on the passenger side. So you can see.

Yes I am Brian.

Got a nice piece in from Jesse at Hi Angle. This thing is nice. Almost have all my parts together for my 14B.

Got my tube doors painted and did the quick release pins in the hinges to make swapping doors easier.

I don't know why I didn't do the quick release pins earlier. I can take the doors off in about a minute. I need another set of the outer hinges to put back on the regular doors to make the quick change process complete for both sets of doors.

Hey rumor has it that you are famous now? Like willing to sign copies of magazines and stuff. Got any pics? :)

I can sign a few if y'all would like. Too bad my temporary fame is overshadowed by Matts Tacoma on the cover of the magazine

Jambo is heavily attended by FJCs so I figured I need be some light bar action to fit in and add to my trail cred so I started on a roof-mounted radius light bar. I got it all welded up and in place. It will probably have to be moved back a bit when the light bar is installed to reduce glare. Final placement will be determined by the dimensions of the light bar.

Got my light bar finished and painted. I picked up a 42" radius bar on Amazon that didn't break my wallet. I ran the wiring up from under the hood and up the A-pillar to supply power for the light. I used grommets and some clear poly sealant to seal everything up. I have about a 1/4 inch gap between the bottom of the bar and the roof. I also moved the mount back further to reduce any unwanted glare off of the hood and windshield.

So I finally got around to putting all of my pics together.

Started off on with a little hard luck on Thursday on JB Turnpike.

Aftermath

Thank god for the cage. This is the most damage I have had ever in one weekend.

Got it recovered and wheeled the rest of the weekend. I think I spent more time fixing trail damage than wheeling but that is part of it. I still had a great time.

Now it's time to do a little body work and get on with the axle swap. Lots of work ahead.
