She gets added points bc she likes to wheel and probably likes to spend money on trucks

I tried the fold over trick.. I thought I would make it easy on myself and I 'scored' the arc where the bend was to be... fucked up and it just broke the tabs off! I'd say tack weld some 1/4 round bar around the edge and then use a hammer and dolly to round it over.

I temporarily put some push on moulding on the cuts till i get the fenders rolled under

They are not perfect by any means but will work for what I want to do with it.

It only took a year and a half to rim my fenders. The molding will probably be on there for a while :) I might have to trim some more. On the passenger side, I have to figure out what Im going to do about the inner flange of the gas door. Either cut it off or bend it up to keep it sealed up since that is where my rear diff breather is routed.

bed the gas filler area up into the moulding and then tack it into place. Use some Loctite Industrial adhesive to seal it up. I used that shit on Clyde when I did its fender trimming and it was 2x as strong as the welds. Bonded very well to the metal and it was ultra strong.

Plastic - the future. Wait 'til the EPA get's a hold of us...

I've tried the bamboo fix with the pine tar but everytime the sun comes out, the flare just falls off! :D

I think I have a tube of that laying around at work.

Plans for the weekend are:

take off the pizza cutter 35's and put on the 37's, check for clearance issues
finish wiring up the bed lights
finish up the rock light install
find a place for the blue seas fuse block. I might have to relocate the Ford horns somewhere closer to the grille
begin to check out that everything is mechanically sound and nuts/bolts are tight

Your truck is looking great! I'm needing to do some trimming on my fenders and bedside also.

Oh yeah, and get those diff breathers done.
