Have you ever done Options? I've had mixed results doing Bull Call Spreads. I got hosed on a AAPL spread that I sold cutting my losses down to an 80% loss (as opposed to a 100% loss) a day before expiration. Then BAM! on expiration day it ended up being a 90% gain! Had I only kept it!

I haven't mess with trading too much this year, the amount of projects and farm has kept me pretty busy. I occasionally will do options on stocks I regularly track, and if I see an unusual up or down swing without reasoning, that is the time for options. Most of my trading is building my own algorithms using statistics in excel. Some of my trades are only within a 9 cent price swing.

The South Africa version? Yeah; Europe is stopping air travel from the region and other countries are following suit. Apparently it appears to be vaccine resistant and spreads faster than the Delta variant.

So now the "wild virus" has a mutation speed of less than 4 -5 months? No clue how people still see this as a naturally occurring virus. The only thing it is doing for sure is knocking down the population growth on a global scale.

To avoid capital gain tax from a home sale, in today's real estate market, we're most likely gonna cash in and sale our house and move on down the road, capture all the equity and start a new VA loan, no money down, no bs fees, no org fees and great intrest rate on a much, much smaller house and lot and then the build can start at the farm when ever I choose and ready.

7% inflation, Very interesting rise in the 10 year treasury in past 2 weeks, looks like Feds want to increase borrowing rates as high of 6% to level off the inflation rate, so the market is expected to burp a 10% loss between February to May.

This last week has been BRUTAL. I have a friend that lost 7 figures in options he had. I have a MSFT bull call spread that would require a 10% or more bump by next month. Its been one of those weeks.
