Haul bikes? You better crate up that 2.7 and drop in a 3.4. Oh, and don't worry about disposing the 2.7, just let me know when it will be on your side yard (and please swap out the ECU and harness).
That little 4 banger is staying in my rig, love that motor... sure it don't make much power compared to 3.4 but when you have a 5 speed behind it will light them 33's popping the clutch
I got them 5.29's in my garage, been there for 3 months now. just been lazy but its on top of the priority list with my rear bumper. I'll toss them your way when i finally get them out

I would have just replaced your whole trans and when the rebuild shop calls for the story on the trans pan, I'll say it must have got damaged during shipping

I just write down "shit happens" on the cause section. Shoot I have an XB with 58000 miles in my stall right now with a crankshaft snapped in half (its not like he was running nos or something, or was he?).
