Have you used that front locker much yet?

Just a few times. it engages with so much more authority though.. no question if its locked or not. The elocker is sketchy too, mine used to hang up and either stay locked or not unlock. Seems to work better now that I have the new 3rd member though.

Yeah, I use 80 PSI to engage the locker. I think its anything between 75 and 90. I went on the lower side to prevent blowing a line.

aha... and how much air pressure I need?, I read that 95 to 115 psi I need to engage the locker? anyone know what is the maximum air pressure for the locker? I was thinking about using a switch ViAir 110psi ON - 145PSI OFF

I would go lower.. thats too high. The 145 will blow it.

My setup. The blue air line comes from an air tank in the back. Its unregulated at that point so its 160 PSI or so. It then goes into a on/off pressure solenoid that only allows air through when I hit the switch on the dash. The same switch controls the ARB solenoid. I wanted two solenoids to prevent the 160 PSI from being applied to the regulator at all times. I suppose its not needed, you could just use the regulator. This then flows into a pressure regulator that is set to 80 PSI. So only 80 PSI goes into the ARB solennoid. The gauge isn't needed but I added it to make sure I was only putting 80 to it. You could remove it and just plug the fitting.

Engaged, you can see it bumps the gauge up.

good to know... I have now some Viair 85-105 PSI Pressure Switch, for my compressor, I think I'm going to stay with then...so my Airsystem runs at the same Air pressure, but for my air horn, I miss those 145psi !!!

Is there a big difference using the Front Locker? I can not wait to try it with mud!!!!!!

Today arrived the Air Locker and front Brake lines

the rear brake lines already are installed, as well the new Bushings and 1.25" Uniball all that I have from All-Pro...

The Air Locker have I from Amazon.com...awesome price.. 845us...better that toyteclifts, + a FREE Shipping! and ADD some Glow Shift Air Pressure Gauge...I think it is not necessary, but with the air locker, can be useful...

Is not a Safari Snorkel, but the price difference was 200us, so I decided for the Airflow...
Is not for tacoma +05 ,but looks good..

...I worked a little on my truck..., in 1 month,the transchaco rally 2011 starts...and I'm going to, on this adventure...

the ARB Air-locker, work fine... , the difference is amazing.. I love the air-locker...!!

I finished my rear bumper, some new "tree" rack...
white plotting/ vinil @ a lot stickers, from my work...

if I put some decals from toyotaoff-road.com, are you agree or disagree whit that?

I had no problems... makes a little noise from + 80mi/h, but i thing it`s ok .. I'm very happy, my air-filter is cleaner now than before... I'll give you a better review after the rally ...=D
