I like how the video makes your wipers look like the arms on a wacky inflatable tube man. LOL Looks like fun though.

I just slid down that hill into Jason's arms.... nothing I could do but hold on. Fun times it was on Sunday. Used all of my armor and somehow came out without any body damage. I don't know how. All I know is when I got home I needed a shot of whiskey.... Unfortunately, I don't have video of it. I still have some video to go through If I come across some good stuff I'll post it up.

Amazing how far a little editing goes lol

And love the winter rhyme!

What is wrong with a good MILF? Nothing says you did a good job like a fruit roll up and a juice box.

It did specifically state immigrants. Alberta was approved for 2 new pipelines so maybe.... it's pretty tough times here. Guess we will see what happens.

I'd take being stagnant for 2 years vs what happened to us in 08. IMO you guys have much more isolation from BS in comparison to our economy, and it helps when your country was in the black it put money aside for bad times. I'd be pretty proud if I were you guys.

Shhhh! Don't say that too loud here, some might blow a gasket. ;)

I think we are on 2 years now and heading into three. I have friends who have been out of work for 3 years now; they've gone back to school for something a bit more recession proof. All provinces are using red ink now. Alberta would have been OK if we didn't have to do transfer payments... people complain about other people on welfare looking for handouts... we have entire provinces. Hahaha!

Back when our economy was in the crapper bad our gubment was sending people to school for free among many other things. I ended up taking a 40hr night refresher course in computer drafting during that time (I paid for it) and 3/4 of the class were worthless people who were only attending to get the free gubment hand out benefits associated with going back to school. Talking to my instructor there were only a handful of us in the class who cared enough to do the homework/show up for every class on time/ and do well in the class. He was so distraught with the quality of the students he stopped teaching the class. I was glad at the time because the handful of us who actually cared got good one on one training because the majority did not care. Looking back I just think of the thousands of dollars wasted on retraining people who did not care to learn. Hopefully your friends were eager to transition to another career unlike the ones I saw.

They didn't really have a choice in the matter. Many of the people were incorporated (not employees) and as such cannot use the employment insurance option (government will pay for some retraining in this program). These folks are on the hook for their own retraining. It's their own money and in their own interest.
