No worries. It owns me too. Blown up diff as you know. I've done it a few times successfully since then but it still fucks with my mojo. Still to this day, my confidence tanks when i see it.

If I got near vertical in 4lo it would slip out of 4lo and then back in after rolling backwards a little bit.

ooh.. thats a bit dangerous! Hard to replicate at the dealer too I would think. Was it then in 4Hi? Or?? I would think it was a slipping transmission before a t-case.

Ya it would just go to 4 high. I have had a rare couple instances in which after stopping at a light when I take of the rpms would start to rise but no movement of the truck then it would just pop into gear and lurch forward. it has to be that which would be the tranny.

well, I checked all but the transmission but I just had it filled when we had all that rain down by you. Had to go deep so I got it refilled

Could be water got in the breathers.. its on top the transmission. I'd drain and purge all the fluid in t-case and trans.

Nah, its just a waterproof camera I have that I put up there with a mount. Wouldn't belive how many people told me "nice go pro"
