Its close.. but it clears. Camera angle makes it look closer than it is. At least so far it clears.

I'm getting a Hobart 250ci. It's only a 110 unit but for gussets and tubing it should be fine.
I great those are great, but useless in Texas as the humidity level is too high to operate. You'll basically be pushing humidity through the compressor and won't get a good cut.this is what I was told by the owner of a welding supply shop.

I'll look into a dryer, they are cheap insurance. But for as little as I plan to use it I think it will be fine.

"We" picked up one of these dual voltage puppies for $600. It has more than paid for itself in the matter of time it took to deconstruct and pull off brackets and such...

My only complaint is that I thought it was going through consumables like butter... I found that if I varied current before changing, they lasted forever!![]()
