Seems like they would have a order page that told them what you ordered so they could make/deliver that. Or their canned responses do not take into account what you ordered. Sadly most companies that make a good product fail for bad customer service.
That's Demello's standard response. They say it so much that they made patches with that slogan and was handing them out at this past exopooperland event like it was perfectly ok to say that to customers all the time.

So the bumpers are pretty good quality, the welds look amazing. But this is where they lose me..
No instructions whatsoever, missing bolts and my blinkers that I paid extra for didn't show up.
Luckily you really don't need instructions, and there's a fastenal around the corner from me and I can use my company's account.
Only thing I need to do is figure out the front blinker situation. Kinda think I am going to cut the corner marker wires, and the blinker
wires and crimp them together and make them the blinkers, only thing I've read is they aren't very bright.
Any recommendations?

I know where they are, somewhere between SE TX and WY.
There was an 'attached' fedex envelope, but it was busted open and empty.
I'm not 100% sure that's what was in the envelope, I can only assume.
That sucks they could not do the simple thing well. I would go with the basic LED blinkers from Low Range Off Road.
