Thanks Man, I still have more to do.. it doesn't line up perfect with the fenders.. (DAMN!) and it actually doesn't give as much clearance to the front wheels as I thought it would.. not sure I need more, I just thought it would give me more space is all.

Nah, I am good with it. It looks great in person too.. I would have thought there was more bolts holding it on though.. three for each side... that's it? Once again, I had the right size bit but not the right sized chuck in my drill.. I still have two holes to drill for bolts that didn't go in.

I emailed Perkins Performance to get a quote on one of their rear plate bumpers w/ spare tire gate, if the price is right that may be the next mod, if not I'll wait for an ARB front and just buy some sliders or a locker

I used the LR locker, and I like it a lot. It is a whole lot of fun, and I love not having to hit a switch...

Guess I skipped the install of the ARB front bumper?
Anyhow.. destroyed my ring gear on the last trip. Just now got around to Draining the fluid for pieces..
Not enough money to upgrade and regear everything, gr.

That sucks Sam. Now would be the perfect time to regear. You might be able to find a used 3rd member on CL/the web with stock gears in it???

Gigitty, I still haven't checked what ratio I have in the 4Runner. I need to pull the front diff anyway so I'll check. If it's 4.30, then I'll send the rear 3rd on over.
