Might build a custom leaf pack out of Chevy leafs....That would cut down on the money I'd need. Seems like a lot of people will keep the stock main and second leaf, add in two Chevy leafs, and then keep the stock overload or not depending on where the ride height/firmness ends up. Sounds easy enough if I can get some Chevy leafs for 50 bucks

If you were closer the bed rack would be easy. That could be knocked out in a weekend + powder coat time if wanted.

I am cool with not camping the entire week. The weather can be unpredictable that time of year with snow in the higher elevations and in the 20s at night in the towns around 8000-9000 feet.

That's where the Buddy Heaters come in to play. Only bitch I had with them was camping above 10,000 - IT WAS A BITCH to start since the 02 sensor wouldn't allow it to light. I was thinking I may need SC for the intake of the heater.

I have three hoops already bent for a 1st Gen bed rack. Well... I did. I'll get out to the shop tomorrow and see if they are still there or if they got hauled off to the scrap yard.
