There was a board, it got carved down and I now use it for a pencil.

No Ferries, just take the NASCAD to Padre Island, then head south. I think there's a map in the first post.

The park is really easy to find. Once you get to the gate go down the road and the visitor center is on your left. Once you get to the entrace cell phone service is crappy at best so make any calls before you get there.

Yeah, we'll pick a CB channel. It will be more reliable than cell service.
