Cool, I don't have too much experience with this stuff so it is all a first for me, you gotta start somewhere though. If anyone lives in Austin I would appreciate some help and tools.

I'm in PVille but I'm pretty busy the weekends until the meet. I might be able to come help, but not sure.

Anyone have experience towing with the Dakar pack? That's the route I'm looking at going, but I don't want to spend $400 on a leaf pack if it's just going to start sagging after towing with them a few times.

Unlike almost every other leaf on the market, they won't sag after you tow with them. Sean (BearsFan07) and others have towed with them extensively. If you get the AAL for another $50 they'll perform even better.

It blows my mind how much difference a good leaf pack makes

I'm running them with the AAL and they are awesome on and off road. Like Drew said, Sean has done a ton of towing with his and so has Mike (Anathello).

Im constantly towing. They are amazing. They haven't sagged at all. If you tow a lot, get the extra AAL that you can buy extra. If not, then don't buy it bc you wont need it.

They are worth the $ just for the ride you get, our trucks should've come from the factory with them.

I would really enjoy the dakar leaf pack. I am gonna have to wait tho until i got some money to drop on my front end suspension, esp the way I would like too. King Shocks, TC CA, etc. I would rather get the set up I said earlier for the time being so I can get more Armor and skid my truck.

x10 on towing, 10x better than stock leafs, thanks Mike for directing towards the buy...

Dakars are a great leaf pack setup. I've been running them for 3+ years and have zero sag in them. I can hook up to my 23' travel trailer and not use the load equalizing hitch and its still pretty level.

Or I can tow the Raisin and its still only slightly sagging.
