My girlfriend works at an animal hospital. They called her to tell her the new procedures. No clients in the hospital. The techs have to walk out to the clients car in the parking lot to do the chart work and pre-appointment questions. Then they have to walk/carry the animal into the hospital for any work/tests/etc and then take it back out to the owner. I'm guessing they're going to do all billing by phone or mail. What a pain in the dick.

My sammich maker has to take the contact info and temp of everyone who comes into the therapy area. Once temp is taken they must wash hands and sanitize before being allowed into the building. This work is on top of her regular work.

Philly lock down is a joke. IMHO the same amount of traffic was going into the city at 5am as on a normal Federal holiday (A shit ton).

I'd either lock it down for real or keep chugging along like nothing is happening....and you guys know me so I'm all for locking it down.

I had more guys show up to work today than Monday so that's not a good stat especially if they were "really" sick.

Glad I'm working nights this week. There will be more people there than is normal for a night shift because of the product we're running. But there still wont be the 500+ people that are there on day shifts.

My NJ glass MFG that shut down did not do so under any sort of gubment order. They just chose to close down. Kinda wish I still worked for them w/hindsight being 20/20. They always treated their employees as #1 before the clients. Take care of your employees and by default they take care of your customers. Sucks my order is 1/3 cut and in limbo and I'm not sure what 1/3 is cut so I can't order it elsewhere. Good news is my GC s being super cool about it as of now. One of the good aspects of running the job vs letting the job run you - we are 2 weeks ahead of schedule and pushing the other trades to finish so we can get our work done (interior glass is always last).

Pretty cool - only thing I don't like is the closure of campgrounds, but I understand that most citizens are tards and can't control themselves properly

Went to HEB to pick up a few things for work this week. Out of toilet paper, ramen, and cleaning supplies. Other than that, I didnt notice anything major. Everything was stocked less than normal but most of it was still available. I'm going to go again Ftiday right when they open and try to pick up a few things I didnt get today.

problem here, there is no HEB in 2 or 3 counties south of us, so I’m sure they all get their groceries either from La Vernia or Floresvill

Worst part is they closed down the bakery and deli. So I had to buy sandwich meat, bread, and cheese off the shelf First world problems.
