I have a friend who lives in Alabama and I remember several years ago he sent us a photo of a similar sized hornet/wasp. Not sure if it was the same species but it was fucking huge! He said they sound like a hummingbird.

Figures it was BS. I never even read anything on it assuming it was all click bait + the only things that bother me in nature are the sneaky ones like ticks, spiders, and snakes (the poison ones).

We have some ground wasps that big around here. I've seen them flying around toting wolf spiders like it wasn't shit.

I've killed big ground wasps.. not that big. Matter of fact, my only regret in life. On a ladder doing some shit... wearing a hat. Big wasp is fucking with me, I take off hat and knock said big wasp to the ground. Wasp hits a spot on the ground where the grass is thin... huge wolf spider comes out to attack it... both are in battle mode... then my boot lands on both of them. Really regret that. True story.

NJ started back up on elective surgeries last week. They are screening all patients for antibodies and #19 prior to surgery. None of the medical staff in the hospital has been tested in any way unless they got the test on their own. So far 30% of the patients from last week have tested positive with no idea/symptoms that they had it so their surgeries were delayed.

Just the facts....so take it how you want. I'm certain they are not the "average" NJ citizen because most don't need elective surgeries.

I’d be willing to bet, you will be able to find some land deals up there here in July/August

Side note; some of the smaller oil companies out here in Eagle Ford Shale, which starts about 20min South of us, are in the process completely closing up/shutting down operations, maybe the tracts smaller of 20 to 60 acres avg. $10k per acre(without minerals) maybe it will come down to $5k acre.

Ive secured low interest funding through a family member so thats good news. I never asked but was offered a lump sum of cash w/no interest, but no way could I ever do that. At the least I'd pay what they were getting as a interest rate and thats less than 2% so still 6% lower than most land type loans of 8% around here. Not sure what I want to do. Rather stand on my own two feet and I'm not a big debt fan, but this is not the time to let my ego get in the way. I borrowed in excess of 10k through the same person 15 years ago and paid them back with no problems so family stress is not an issue. Moneys willed to me anyway so I'd just get it sooner. Thats said if I work for things that I put blood sweat and tears into I take better care of them. Never liked golden spoons in peoples mouths especially my own

At the least I'd pay what they were getting as a interest rate and thats less than 2% so still 6% lower than most land type loans of 8% around here. Not sure what I want to do. Rather stand on my own two feet and I'm not a big debt fan, but this is not the time to let my ego get in the way. Take the loan, pay a 3% rate, get you 50 plus acres and call it good.

I can appreciate not taking a golden spoon; but refusing to take advantage of a step up offered by family is not doing you any favors. Not saying to take advantage of them - but denying them to chance to help negates the reason so many people try to accumulate wealth in the first place. Kind of like friends and tools - why buy something you only need once or twice in a lifetime when you have a friend that will let you borrow it for the cost of a six pack?

The money is just on a bigger scale than a ball joint press. But if you wait until you are ready you are never going to be ready because land is not getting any cheaper.
