Not a fan of Trump as a person or his morality at all, but I respect that he's the one and only president to stand up to China in my adult life and I'm all for it. Screw those commies and all their crap we import.

As a tinfoil hat wearing conspiracy theorist - good luck regardless of where it was made cause it's got their computers in them. At first I was just thinking the China made models could be problematic, but China owns and runs the entire company.

Yeah, I watched an video on them being bought out and basically Volvo said its still ours you just manage the money or something to that effect. They do not control any of the engineering or design.

The S90 and XC60 are made in China. Volvo starts selling its China-made models here.
But the SC90 we'll be getting is made in Sweden if we can ever go get it.

I know they opened up a huge plant in SC many years ago but no idea whats made there.
Ive loved Volvo since they pout out their first due prop design. You could get a huge cabin cruiser up on plane super easy wherein the past with Mercruiser out drives you would need two engines to get a big ass cabin cruiser to get on plane.
these aren't big ass cabin cruisers but the same physics apply
if not for China - I'd still be a Volvo fan boy
they were also much harder to steal while the boats in the water

Traveling into Oklahoma was a bit weird this weekend. The only place I saw other people wearing masks was at the restaurant for dinner. Gas stations - nope. Uhaul place - nope. Hotel - nope. One exception was a woman in the pool who was wearing a cloth mask and going under water. I laughed pretty good when she ripped it off saying she could not breathe. First case of self water boarding I have ever seen.
