I'd bet it's legit. They should tell people their politicians have failed them so they are on their own.

FIDO - FUCK IT, Drive on

In other news, experts are forecasting high heat in Austin that may result in fires. Update at 11pm. Stay tuned.

It is so good that there are so many people with cameras. I know it sounds messed up but I am --><--- this far from buying and wearing a body camera. I walk in our park damn near every night. The local PD cleared out the parks and the Meth Heads are getting a wee bit more aggressive. I had one being very belligerent with me. All I kept saying to him as he was saying he was homeless and get out of my area was, "I understand. ...and understand we are just enjoying our park as you are."

The next day they burned 60 ac of nature conservatory.

And if BLM was not just a Marxist ploy, we would all recognize that opportunity for all people of all colors abound in our great nation.

Here is a clip from a 1908 newspaper to allow the stark contrast. How long would such a thing last today?

He has had on many guests that forecast our current situation (pandemic/wanna be race war). I like his podcast. Joe can be a ding dong, but his guests are usually pretty smart

Interesting that everyone is reading his books now (#1 sellers)

Know that I am not a proponent of the commercial weed biz - which is what it is here and most other places. - I prefer a much lower key approach. I know a good number of cops and people had not been hassled for weed here for YEARS! ...unless you were an asshole and things were different. I am not certain but I would think it's tough to get popped in Tejas for weed unless you are that guy... :)

He's moving to Texas to avoid Commiefornia's taxes since he just signed that sweet deal with Spotify for a $100 million.

Half of his pod casts is him getting high and or talking about drugs so all I'm saying is he might not have thought it through. Hard to post a podcast from TX when you are that popular if you light a joint in half the episodes is all I'm saying.

& what the commies did to the legal weed market in CA is not even close to what others have done so you are seeing the very worst of it. CA is NOT the model anyone should follow IMHO and I forsee most of the NE states that have recently legalized will end up much better off than CA has. Not only are you in cartel land, your also in old school growing land where most of the stuff comes from legal or illegal + the liberal stance of your state's populous and gubment = Trifecta of window lickers causing problems. I'm a proponent and even I don't even agree with half the crap CA does.

I think (and so does a lot of other people) think that there will be more and more money makers making that move.

that said the reason I came here is that I'm listening to sports radio right now and the Marlins, Phillies, and Yankees are all sitting in Philly right now unable to play games. Tonight's Phillies/Yankees game was put on hold because 10 or 11 of the Florida Marlins popped positive for Covid after last nights game. Think 2-3 of them popped prior to the game but they decided to play anyway. Baseball already had a black eye for the contract negotiations and this is going to suck for the future of the season and basballe for sure. Not sure what my summer weekend naps will consist of w/o baseball to put me to sleep on the radio?

copy that. I have only heard bits and pieces of his podcasts.

Our problem will continue to feed cartels. - their reps just dress nicer.

He's a major proponent of legalizing most everything. Very libertarian in that aspect.

Hard to put him in a box though. He's conservative, liberal, and libertarian depending on the topic. Same as I think most people are (not rigid on strict party lines). First he was pro Bernie, then when he dropped out he became anti Biden due to his decreased mental capacity

CA could hurt the cartels if they got their head out of their rears on the weed red tape but coke is on the rise again from the documentaries Ive been watching and thats a whole nother ball game

Who says that the power's to be want to hurt the cartels? It wouldn't surprise me if in addition to being related to Jerry Brown and Nancy Pelosi, if Newsom had ties with the cartels. Nothing surprises me these days.

True - we all know they have more money than most and our politicians love to sell our rights away. Where there is money there is corruption.

On a positive note - last night I did some grocery shopping off peak hrs and saw that it was the first night this year that there were kids playing little league baseball up the street from me at our towns local field. Glad to see kids out and about again having fun. Much better than seeing them riot at a putt putt place. There is still good people out there - just getting harder to find it seems sometimes
