This is from 2 days back. They pulled the windows and closed up some, replaced others. Got more expensive, but fairly cheap in doing so. All interior HVAC components are being replaced to the vents with 4 net-new drops for 3500. Condenser that Keith helped me with is staying for now.

What's changed?
Chose stackable washer/dryer(gas), tankless, built in gun safe, all wiring replaced with new can lights on 3-ways, and a bunch of other stuff I'm too lazy to get into.

FYI ~ every state has license verification programs online so homeowners can check on people who BS and tell them they have licenses Verification




He already had the crew coming to do it - just called you last minute. I bet if you said no they would of just done it anyway unless you stopped them.




Great idea! I stained mine prior to putting it up so I could get both sides and that was a pita.

My grandfathers business has been around for longer than you and I combined years of age, comon now can't you count that high?

I have one of those things still in the "box" sitting next to my garage PC. I need to find a place to put it. Goal for the weekend.. mount a single power strip that has been sitting in the garage for 18 months. LOL. I can handle this.

You keep telling everyone you're a licensed plumber. For months behind the scenes we have been joking because a real plumber sent the link to the site showing you weren't when you were talking smack last time. Just letting you know to stop the bs. No need to make shit up.

Making some progress on one of the lizard houses. Next up with be dry lock coats, stain, and sealing all the edges this week. Hopefully it will be ready to go in a few weeks.

Halfway cleaned my garage and installed a new mail box for my mom's house. My brother backed his girlfriend's Cadillac SUV into it the other week and it destroyed the Cadillac's rear door! Mailbox was fine except for the dooe

talk about letting your freak flag fly! That's on a whole nother level. Somebody read 50 shades of grey and decided to try to one up the main guy.

They conveniently forgot the picture with the lights off and the UV lights on....

The worst part is I bet it is owned by some 50+ old rich dude with a huge nose....like the guy on the Netflix Faster show that drove the chrome/purple Lambo.
