Supposedly stone a concrete start next week. Gunite needs to cure for 5 days before they can do the quartz plaster. For those 5 days I need to "water" the gunite 2x a day.
Garage is getting close to being clean! Close.
Nice, really like the down directional of the lighting, what lights are those?
Pretty bright for 13w of led
I fought what I thought were tree rats getting into my attic through a degraded fascia board. Kids in my court said it was a raccoon - I thought no way - must just be a big silver squirrel. Well turns out the kids were right. It was a racoon. Judging from the size of the turds in my attic it's not a squirrel. Only idea as to how they got on my roof was through the trees so I cut every branch within "jumping" distance to my house before I closed up the fascia board. Now I pray I didn't trap it in there - so far so good. No pitter-patter of feet last night.
Oh don't forget to describe the smells over the next few weeks.
I can imagine you sticking your head up in the attic and this rabid creature attacks your face! LMAO!!![]()
Do yourself a favor and take thousands of pictures of everything around the pool. Also, make a drawing with underground pipe locations and where the pipes terminate or which way they run. If there is a coupler, 45°, 90° or 3-way tee in the pipes then take a measurement and document it. I'd use the house or something that is not going to change over the years as a point of reference (don't use fences, trees or something like that because that location can/will change over time).Supposedly stone a concrete start next week. Oh you weren't the only one thinking that. I had on the following even though it was 90* in my attic:
3m respirator
Ski mask for my mouth & cheeks
Ski goggles
Ski gloves
thick insulated shirt
insulated ski pants
boots
even with all that crap on I carried up my winter snow shovel for my car because it's light and I can swing it fast. My biggest fear was running away from it and missing a joist to only have me and the rabid animal come crashing into my living room through my ceiling. I was sweating bullets.
