Guys were out there at 7:30 this morning working on flagstone. We did a relatively small section for now because we are not sure what we want to do with the area just past the patio... So just a small area for bar stools for now. It has more color in the flagstone, it's just dirty.

Doing another flagstone area out by the fence though. Plan to put up a pergola on it.

Nothing exciting as Sean but I planted a pepper garden yesterday. 8 plants for now and plan to get a black berry vine somewhere.

Did you till up a garden area or ?? The wife wants a small garden and I was looking at building her the above ground planter boxes. Something like this but smaller.

I used a raised planter box that is made out of stone attached to the back side of the patio since our lot slopes down.
Just went out to take a pic and my fucking dog has dug up almost every plant!!! Fucking bitch just got her ass kicked.
Guess I will get some cages and plant some new plants this week. Pics later when it is worth taking some.

Had a few min so I ran to the store for some chicken wire. Picked up 3 more plants as well. It's small but should put out enough peppers for just me.

That looks good! Sidewalk is very cool.

Kitchen is done... Just need to clean up all the dust! It's everywhere, even walls.

I fired it up this evening for the first time. Cooks great. I was a bit sad to see it dirty though. It was so pretty all shiny and new.

Used it again tonight.. grilled a bacon wrapped jalapeno and cream cheese stuffed pork tenderloin as well as some shrimp diablos, some twice baked potatoes and some sausage. Worked like a champ! Sounds like a lot of food, but we had company. Its night and day from my previous grill. I had bacon fat dripping down on the thing and flareups lasted seconds. Pretty impressed.

Cut down an oak tree today. Got up to do a few things outside and noticed that a few dead limbs on a tree had turned into most of being dead in the last week.
Perfect excuse to buy a new chain saw. Got a Stihl Ms170, pretty much the entry level saw with a 16" bar. Cut it down, stacked the wood I wanted and gave away the rest on CL. Saw did great and would recommend it to anyone. Base of the tree was a little over 16".
