One of my favorite movies.
I actually got home right after 5p today so I chugged a beer real quick and headed outside to liberate a few oaks that I recently found on my property. I quickly (with a bow saw and pathetic electric chain saw) cut down the cedars and had to pull a few out with the 4Runner due to how they fell into other cedars. The end result is that I now have 4 tall oak trees that can start a new life partially free of those damn cedars.
I have some more cedars to cut down to completely free the oaks; but that will happen later as time permits. Lots of improvements to be made this summer hopefully.

I have a complete acre; but there is only one house on any of the lots around me. I have been known to drink a few and take the rig out on the lots behind me from time to time. Tonight I took my wife out to show her what I had done and the first thing she says is "if we cut down those cedars over there we can build you a decent sized shop".

Got some work done in the man cave today. Built the frame for the bar, ran power for the fridge and some outlets for behind the bar. The fridge will go in the middle and the gap next to the wall is for a trash can.

LED can lights I put in a few months the ago.
next will be to start on the walls but don't see my weekends allowing any time for about a month.

Some good looking stuff!
Talk about going riding in your back yard - we were surrounded by soybean/corn on one side and couple of homes on the other. We had 2 ac.. I got two concussions from my 100 cc Kawasaki in my back yard. I think my neighbor got a little nervous when we started to build some moto jumps in the back. No worries, my dad put a stop to the motocross track idea.

Oh you got out luckier than I did my old CR250 cost me some cracked ribs back in high school riding the property adjacent to us.

Nicer bike, nicer bruise. My buddy with a Husky had the most prominent.... He caught a cable with his neck. Looked like he was a jihadi victim. Fully recovered but the scar was NASTY!!!
