Came home, went out to the garage to get something and smelled stagnant water (I have plenty of experience with that smell). I flipped the main lights on to the garage and saw that the back corner had an 1-1/2" of water...right where my welder and plasma cutter are. Literally the second and third most expensive items in my garage are in the water.

I don't have a clue where it came from other than maybe it came in through my garage door, seeped down the back side and collected in that corner (my garage floor is so fucked up/out of level it's ridiculous. But it's a rent house and I'm not gonna pay to level the garage. The main house foundation was leveled already).
This mainly pisses me off because up until now, this was the perfect storage spot for my welder and plasma cutter. Protected and out of the way in the back so now I've got to find a new storage spot

I guess the welding cart just got moved up the build list.
But I got all the water sucked up and stuck a fan on it overnight to dry out. I checked on it this morning and it was all dry so life's good again.
