We have little kids and I think it'd be better to provide a safety barrier around the pool for toddlers. I'm planning install new fence around the pool and I hired specialists from local balustrading service here in Auckland to help me with installation. Hope we will install it in a few days. I chose the glass fence, it looks stylish.

That would look nice. I have a pool but the fence is around the whole yard, not a specific fence for the pool. But my youngest is almost 9 and can swim like a fish.

Do you know the brand of glass fence? I'm just a curious glass guy. Our building codes are totally different, but some of the stuff is similar. You guys and Europe usually get the cool stuff because our society is litigious.
Toilet in my mom's rent house cracked last night. As soon as I pulled the toilet up, I heard a metal "Ping" and I knew instantly what had happened. Fucking brass toilet flange had the screw pull through and was loose. And of course the whole base was completely un-level from past shitty contractors so I worked until 10:30PM last night just getting the flange base level enough. Gonna go back over after work and drill in some new concrete anchors so I can remount the flange. Then hopefully I can install the new toilet.

Paid move and relocation from employer to SA and I didn't want to live within the city, I prefer to be further out. We're up on a good size hill and we can see the city of SA off in the distance from the side yard.
