My mattress now has a 30 year warranty. And for what it cost it damn well better last that long. Mattress prices are insane.

everything seems to be dead (black & green molds/lichens/moss) and just waiting for nature to clean it off.

I hand cleaned my windows and siding today because they are under eves and don't get rained on all that much. Because I cheated by applying elbew grease I'm not posting those before/after pics. Just know they came out perfect & removed everything last years bleaching left behind (mostly black mold).

I've use deluded A/C Evap coil cleaner on my vinyl siding before. It worked like a champ and seemed to keep the shit at bay for longer.

This is some kind of anti fungal chemical that's also used in medicine. I didn't look into it all that much besides seeing what it was safe to apply it to.

I used bleach based formulas in the past with crappy results.

No first hand experience here, but I've heard that the bleach used matters. It's supposedly Clorox or it doesn't work well for that purpose.

It does because more important is the potency of the bleach and each brand can have different %. The green hose spray crap I posted a picture of that did not work is just water and bleach marketed to dummies like me marked up 2,000% (should of just mixed it myself and saved a ton of $$$).

When you pull a 'Dexter' and want the good stuff that's above your average homeowner branded bleach - go to a pool supply store - they have the good stuff that's 10% or over.

Also you can get better lime from local feed/grain stores than big box stores :shifty:

Week or so ago, I was spraying weeds in the flowerbeds and notice about 20 wet bricks on the side of the house.

Previous home owner probably had a water line leak and cut into the wall under the sink to fix the leak, and by doing so they created a drain leak. fast forward 6 years, it seems my Laundry Fairy’s hair getting clog in the drain pipe caused the water to start leaking out in that cut in the pipe. I hate plumbing work, but atleast it’s an easy fix.

Yikes - you can tell a schmuck had their hands on it for sure. Originally built with good products (Schedule 40) - then the next guy used the cheap big box store junk. While you are in there - I'd scrap that flex pipe ~ Thats just another leak waiting to happen.

This is a drain pipe, no pressure on this pipe and this fix will out last my lifetime. Done.
