Did you watch "The Wild Within" on Travel channel? He's a hunter who travels around and tries to shoot the local animals. He was in west Texas on some big ass ranch around Bend and he shot an aoudad sheep and then he shot a javelina.. they cooked everything barbacoa style.. the javelina turned out good.. but none of the locals wants to try it. .
