yeah thats the way to do it, I started out with a borrowed bow three years ago then bought a $500 bow halfway through the season...
Look at the Martins and the Dimond bows, they have some pretty nice ones in that range.

I have herd good things about them except they can be louder than other bows in the same price range. Look on eBay for good deals on top of the line bows from 2 or 3 years ago. The people that have to upgrade every year will sell to fund a new top of the line bow.

I've had two of them and I still have a bear recurve, they are not one of the better bows out there anymore though. 65%.......pussy!!
For the same money you can get alot better bow.

yeah i know I tried using my friends deer blind he has setup for crossbow, that was a joke because I didnt even have enough room to draw my bow when I had one at 30yrds....I was fucking pissed!!

Well I finally popped a doe this morning

I had a damn good blood trail too, followed it for an hour and it just STOPPED!!!
This is the second deer I've lost that went into the woods in this same place, my dad also lost one here last year. I don't know WTF happened to the bitch, coyotes will eat good tonight I guess.

That sucks you lost her. If you hunt your going to loose a deer at somepoint. What kind of broad heads do you use? Muzzy 3 blade has been good to my friends and I.

I've shot both, and still have a complete set of muzzy 4 blade maxs but I've been shooting shuttle t's for last two years and they are a way better broadhead IMO.

SPINAL TAP!!!! Killed this fucker at 20yrds, pretty good shot because I had to stand on my seat and shot over the creek through a gap in some trees...
