Had some success yesterday. Walking to the stand I could hear the pigs at the feeder. Creep up to 40 yards and see this huge sounder of pigs. Pick out a bigger one and let an arrow fly. It sank in and she ran off into the brush while crashing around and squeeling. Go locate her and made it 50 yards before expiring. 150ish pounds.

Shotly after my friend got a doe and needed help getting her out of a creek bed so he picks me up and right as we pulled away from the cabin sever pigs run across the road. Throw up the AR that he leaves in the mule and smash this one.

And because I know @Silverback loves these things I snapped a few pics of the front porch bug exterminator. To give you an idea of the size I wear a 13 boot.

When I was stationed at Holloman AFB we would go hiking in the mountains around Alamoghetto and those big tarantulas would come out at sun down as we hiked out. Didn't really bother me.. not gonna pick one up though.

nice, I live in Wilson. Land prices in Wilson is crazy right now 12-18k acre.
I know those areas well and for Gillett, not much out there.... the property I’m buying is in Bee county, and it’s about 10-11 minutes from Pettus, not much out there too.

If you get too desperate, you can head on over and shoot one at 10yds or less, I could probably get one under 5yds. I have counted up to 17 does/fawns at one sitting. There is a few choices of modern day urban huntin blinds, breakfast area/table, a shop, 3 car garage or Jacuzzi.

oh the irony of this, fresh meat and it’s good to have dumb friends, just had a cooler dropped off this morning, 2 deer killed on MLD hunt, my friend says he has no freezer room , and asks me if I want the meat, duh, already quartered out.

Instant butcher shop in the garage we go.

Just threw in a small roast in the pot for dinner. Added a can of coke and cream of mushroom soup, steak seasoning, carne guisada seasoning, garlic salt. Also added onions, dried tomatoes and jalapeños are from the garden.
