yea that place is awesome...i use to work there in the gun and archery dept.....It was so slow every week...we use shoot our bows basically all day....guess thats y they went out

I went in there right before Obama got elected, and that gun bar was hopping, but every other time, I was one of 4 people in the store.

Yep. Every now and then I will drop one to cut the hams and backstraps out of. But its really not worth wasting a $3 .257 shell on.

went out and shot out at my roomates ranch yesterday and shot from hill side to hill side. Rangefinder said 550 hit a 12inh plate every shot with my .308 and my roommate was using his match AR

I do the same thing with any hogs over a 100lbs and all coyotes too. love smaking them in the guts with a broadhead..

about to make a run to bass pro for more reloading stuff.... I shot like 30 rounds on sat. I think im going to get some 175g .308 and some 168g they were working pretty good with my mildots at 550yrds and 600yrds it was right at 3 mils 450yrds was right at 2 mils

Just thinking the 223 is kinda small round for a deer without great precision. Shot a deer in the heart with one before and the fucker ran forever. I dunno, I really dont care about shots on pigs and coyotes, stuff like that (though I just almost always go for headshots anyways ). Always try and be really humane with deer, just outta respect for an actual worthy animal. Viva Bevo!!!
