I was there. Will be again. Welcome.

Remember you well, definitely a sweet ride. How bad was the damage from last year?

Good to see you here Joe. This is Blake. I'm the one that caravanned with you and Aaron trailering my truck. I'm not gonna make it out to Jambo this year. Looking forward to pics though and seeing what all you've done to your 4R since last year.

Blake!!! Good to hear from you. Looks like a bunch from the group last year won't he going. Been itching to hit the trails again, nothing but mud around here from the rain we've been getting and that stuff gets old fast.

Way she sits now, been doing a bit of work and got a few things left to tick off before Jambo.

Nice looking 4Runner. I almost bought those rims for my 4Runner before I found a good deal on some other ones.

What'd you use on your grill and front valence? I've been wanting to black mine out. I tried plastidip but as I expected it fucking sucked and wouldn't apply right. Thinking about pulling them off and spray painting. I don't think vinyl wrap would work very well.

Just go for it. Really not to bad, make sure you prep well. From what I hear, the plastidip holds up to chipping a bit better than regular paint. I've got a few stains from waxing and just took that area off to respray. I've got a clear bra underneath that I want lose as well.

Really want the TRD pro garnish, but that's a stupid amount of money for some plastic.

Yeah and the only real difference is that it says Toyota instead of having the logo. I wouldn't even spend $50 on the swap, let alone the $400+ it costs from the dealer.

So about a beer trade at Jambo - who is interested in trading some beer? I will have some homebrew with me but also some DFW brews as well.

That's Mr Asshole to you

Been trying to find some Shiner. Can you get that where you are at? I have some Bud Light I can trade. I have been aging it in the sun for a few months so it should be perfect.

A little more than a month out; anyone backing out yet? Any repairs/upgrades that need to be done before Jambo? I am hoping to get my spindle gussets welded in maybe this weekend.

I'm going start my crawl box install this weekend. Probably not smart to be starting this project this close to Jambo, but I want that thing in there now! lol

Sounds interesting to me then. I will probably bring a few growlers of local breweries and homebrew again. About a month out from Jambo; I'm ready for a weekend away.

Looking for a TO-R headcount at Jambo for breakfast burritos on Friday and Saturday. We can bring the food; I just want to make sure we have a good head count.
